How the online menu + WhatsApp flow works

Your guest scans a QR code or taps a link
They land on a clean, mobile-first menu branded for your restaurant. -
They choose their dishes by category
Dishes are grouped into logical sections (e.g., Appetizers, Chicken, Beef, Fish, Noodles, Rice, Lunch). No endless scroll – each section can expand / collapse. -
They add items to a simple cart
Quantities update in real time; totals are visible so there are no surprises. -
They enter their name and send the order via WhatsApp
The full ticket (items, quantities, total, customer name) arrives in your WhatsApp chat. -
Your team confirms and prepares the order
You can reply with approximate time or pickup instructions right inside WhatsApp.

Behind the scenes, each dish has a consistent ID and category. As we layer in analytics (for example, in Google Analytics or a separate dashboard), we can answer questions like:
- Which dishes are ordered most often, and at what times?
- Which categories peak during lunch vs. dinner?
- Which items hardly ever get ordered (slow movers)?
- From which devices are people ordering – mobile vs. desktop?
For now, we focus on getting you a working, clean online menu. Later, you can choose to add deeper reporting and insights.

- Setup of a branded online menu page with your logo and colours
- Menu structure (categories + up to ~150–180 dishes entered for you)
- WhatsApp order integration with your restaurant’s number
- Basic Google Analytics setup (page views, clicks, category interest)
- Minor text and menu adjustments after launch
Hosting can be on our side or yours. If you already have a website, we can integrate the menu as a sub-page; if not, we can host it under our infrastructure and simply give you a link and QR code to print on menus and takeout boxes.
